Just unboxed my ClimbFlow and the build feels way more solid than I pictured. The frame is thick and the pedals are bigger than they looked online. Can't wait to try my first session.
I do 20 minutes on the ClimbFlow at home before work and I feel it in my glutes and legs right away. The 9 resistance levels let me turn it up a little each week. Great workout without leaving the house.
Ordered it and it showed up at my door right on time. The box was in perfect shape with no dents or damage. Really happy with the delivery.
I live in an apartment and was worried about noise, but the ClimbFlow is really quiet. I train in the evening after everyone is in bed and nobody wakes up. It folds up against the wall when I am done.
Dwelo© ClimbFlow is designed for full body engagement. The vertical climbing motion works your glutes and legs the most, while your core keeps you balanced and your arms and shoulders support you on the handlebars.
It has 9 resistance levels covering 220N to 270N. You set the level by adjusting the top and bottom resistance positions, from easy climbs to peak sessions.
The reinforced steel frame supports up to 330 lbs. For safe use, place it on a flat, dry surface, follow the manual, and check screws and parts regularly.
The handlebars adjust to 3 heights and are suited to users from 4'3" to 6'4". Pick the handlebar height that lets you stand tall with a natural reach, and use the 2 pedal positions to fine tune your stride.
It is a compact, low impact option for cardio and lower body strength at home, but it does not replace a full gym or a treadmill. As with any new workout routine, consult your physician first, especially if you have heart or joint concerns.
Release the folding mechanism, lift the machine upright, then lean it and lock it in place. Folded, it takes up far less room and fits easily in a corner of an apartment or a small home gym.
